Mobile Banker
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Banker, located in Lapaz. The Mobile Banker will be responsible for providing personalized banking services to clients, handling transactions, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, offering financial advice, promoting banking products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in banking services and client account management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of banking products and financial advisory skills
Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience as a Mobile Banker or similar role is an advantage
