Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design and visualization skills, with experience in developing architectural proposals and supervising construction projects. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts, preparing detailed construction documents, and overseeing the execution of projects.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities;
Develop and present architectural ideas and proposals in both 3D and 2D formats.
Prepare and supervise detailed working drawings and necessary construction documents.
Coordinate and supervise construction execution, working closely with other professionals and project teams.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
Provide regular reports on project status and address any challenges encountered during construction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of architectural experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Strong creative design and visualization skills with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, 3D Max, or similar tools.
Proficiency in MS Office suite for project management and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality motivate teams.
