Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and result-driven Field Teller to join our Mobile Banking team. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting mobile banking services, acquiring new customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Experience Level : Entry level
Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Submits daily collections to respective branch Coordinators
Promote mobile banking services to potential customers
Acquire new customers and meet sales targets
Keeps accurate records of all clients
Conduct customer sensitization and training on mobile banking services
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery
Identify and mitigate risks associated with mobile banking
Meet and exceed performance targets
Requirements:
Degree, HND ,WASSCE and BECE is experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and marketing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
