Field Teller -Mobile Banking

Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and result-driven Field Teller to join our Mobile Banking team. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting mobile banking services, acquiring new customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma

  • Experience Level : Entry level

  • Experience Length : 2 years


Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submits daily collections to respective branch Coordinators

  • Promote mobile banking services to potential customers

  • Acquire new customers and meet sales targets

  • Keeps accurate records of all clients

  • Conduct customer sensitization and training on mobile banking services

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with mobile banking

  • Meet and exceed performance targets


Requirements:

  • Degree, HND ,WASSCE and BECE is experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales and marketing skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
