General Manager / Chief Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Manager / Chief Account Manager to lead our business development and client service operations. This role is for a proven performer in advertising or marketing with a track record of driving business growth, managing high-value accounts, and leading teams to deliver excellence. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, managing relationships, and helping Kr8ive Impakt establish a firm presence in the competitive advertising landscape.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts with a focus on satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, pitching, and proposals.

  • Mentor and manage the account management team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

  • Collaborate with creative, production, and events teams to ensure timely and impactful campaign execution.

  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and strategy discussions.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to shape business strategy.

  • Build and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue goals.


Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic leadership

  • Strong understanding of advertising agency operations, trends, and best practices

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience managing teams and overseeing cross-functional project delivery

  • Confident in presenting, pitching, and negotiating with senior-level clients

  • Able to work under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environments


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Experience in digital marketing, branding, or event marketing

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience working in or building up a small-to-medium agency
