Operations & Sales Coordinator

Location: Dome Pillar 2, Accra (On-site role)

Remuneration: GHS 1,000/month + 5–10% commission

Contract Type: Full-time (3-month probation period)

At Global-SIBE Consult, we partner with entrepreneurs and investors to build solid, strategic businesses across Ghana and other African markets. From planning new ventures to supporting expansion, we provide business plans, feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investor readiness support.


We are currently seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and sales-oriented Operations & Sales Coordinator to support our administrative systems while driving client acquisition.



Role Overview

This is a hybrid role that blends internal operations coordinaton with external sales support. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office while engaging in sales-related activities and client communications.


Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Administration

 • Manage company emails, phone lines, whatsapp, schedule meetings via Calendly or Google Calendar

 • Organize and maintain internal databases, digital files, and client records

 • Send invoices, track payments, and issue receipts

 • Maintain petty cash records and basic financial documentation

 • Support management with internal office coordination and task tracking to ensure workflow efficiency 


2. Sales & Client Engagement

 • Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct initial client follow-up

 • Assist with outbound cold outreach via email , whatsapp and phone calls 

 • Track leads, sales activities, and handle conversions

 • Draft and send proposal packages using standard templates

 • Maintain communication with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and follow-ups. 

 • Communicate with field reps and independent salespeople


Who We’re Looking For

 • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

 • Confident, organized, and proactive — able to take initiative and follow through

 • Proficient in key admin and sales tools — Calendly, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or similar)

 • Tech-savvy — comfortable learning new systems or tools quickly

 • Familiar with sales coordination, admin support, or basic marketing workflows

 • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks

 • A natural problem-solver with good people skills

 • Must reside in or near Dome Pillar 2


Compensation & Growth

 • Base Salary: GHS 1,000/month

 • Commission:

 • 10% on cold sales (initiated & closed by you)

 • 5% on warm leads you close

 • 5% on any leads you generate that are closed by another team member


Probation & Review

 • Initial 3-month probation period

 • Performance will be evaluated at the end of the period, and salary will be reviewed accordingly
