Guest Experience Associate(Onsite)
Job Summary
The Guest Experience Associate serves as the face and voice of Château Nana Willine — the person who ensures every guest feels valued from the moment they book to the moment they depart. You’ll handle inquiries, manage check-ins and check-outs, assist with reservations, and coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service throughout each guest’s stay. Your mission: to create moments of magic that turn guests into lifelong friends of the Château.
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
Respond promptly to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Prepare and send booking confirmations, invoices, and personalized welcome letters.
Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping, restaurant, and spa teams.
Resolve guest issues tactfully, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Promote hotel amenities — spa treatments, dining, and cultural experiences.
Maintain accurate guest information in the property management system (PMS).
Build strong, lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Represent the brand with elegance, empathy, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2–3 years of hospitality experience (front desk, concierge, or guest relations)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient with hotel management software (e.g., Cloudbeds, Opera, or similar).
Well-groomed, polished, and confident professional presence.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.
Knowledge of Accra’s dining, nightlife, and cultural scene preferred.
