Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Attract and hire qualified pharmacy professionals and support staff.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.
Collaborate on training modules for pharmacy assistants.
Coordinate continuous professional development.
Implement appraisal systems and support KPI setting.
Guide managers in staff development planning.
Foster a positive work environment.
Manage welfare programs and wellness initiatives.
Ensure adherence to Ghanaian labor laws and pharmacy standards.
Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.
Oversee payroll, leave management, and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years HR experience (healthcare or retail pharmacy preferred)
Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices
Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
