Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Attract and hire qualified pharmacy professionals and support staff.

• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.

• Collaborate on training modules for pharmacy assistants.

• Coordinate continuous professional development.

• Implement appraisal systems and support KPI setting.

• Guide managers in staff development planning.

• Foster a positive work environment.

• Manage welfare programs and wellness initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to Ghanaian labor laws and pharmacy standards.

• Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.

• Oversee payroll, leave management, and HR documentation.

• Maintain accurate employee records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–5 years HR experience (healthcare or retail pharmacy preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices

• Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
