Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Waiter/Waitress/Cashier. The position involves providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, handling payments, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area. The role requires effective communication with customers and staff, as well as ensuring that food and beverages are of high quality. This is an on-site role, located in Accra.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
Basic Cooking skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
High School diploma or equivalent
