Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Management, Finance, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in business management or operations
• Proven experience managing budgets, teams, and projects
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and general business tools
• A results-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure
An MBA or related postgraduate qualification will be a plus!
