Job Summary
The house help will be responsible for performing a variety of domestic tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. This includes cleaning, laundry, cooking, and other household chores as required.
Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
Experience Level : Entry level
Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sanitize all living spaces, including bedrooms and bathrooms.
Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors.
Wipe windows, mirrors and any other glass.
Clean and maintain all household appliances in a timely manner.
Utilize cleaning agents to remove stains from the carpets
Laundry and Linen care
Wash, dry and fold laundry.
Iron and press clothing, linens.
Make beds and changed bed linens.
Cooking and Meal Preparation
Cook meals that follow specific diet requirements as well as cater to the family’s taste.
Meal planning and grocery shopping if needed.
Keep a kitchen that is clean and neat.
Household Organization
Sort house-wide
Manage household supplies and replenish as required -Tissues, Toilet Rolls, etc.
Manage waste and recycling.
House errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning etc.
Help care for any pets if the petition is approved.
If child care assistance is required.
Work Experience
Prior experience as a house help, housekeeper, or similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Effective communication skills.
Trustworthy and reliable.
Polite, respectful and professional demeanor.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
