Job Summary
A reputable manufacturing company in Tema is seeking for experienced Sales & Marketing Officers for immediate employment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Managing of product inventory
Researching to develop marketing opportunities and prospecting to secure and attract new clients to the portfolio
Development of existing customer retention policy
Development of customer database and managing it.
In-depth knowledge/ skills on contemporary sales/ marketing strategies to deploy across various category of customers.
Development of marketing strategy in accordance with the organizational strategy/ policy.
Setting of goals/ targets and proactively working towards their achievement
Comprehensive report writing on sales/ marketing activities performed within a period of time.
Direct customer engagement to identify and understand customer expectations and how to satisfy them.
Qualifications Required & Experience:
HND or 1 st Degree in Marketing.
Applicant must have at least two (2) marketing experience
Must possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Customer service skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
All applicants must live in Tema or its environs.
Must be willing to start work immediately.
