Operations Manager(Remote)

About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily business operations, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring that company objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, HR, and Customer Success, to drive operational excellence and scalability in a dynamic, fast-growing software environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments to ensure business goals are met.

  • Develop and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with leadership to define operational strategies, performance metrics, and business priorities.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports.

  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams to manage budgets, resource planning, and recruitment needs.

  • Support project delivery and ensure the timely execution of cross-departmental initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional business regulations.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in operations, preferably within a software or technology-driven company.

  • Proven experience managing distributed or remote teams across regions.

  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflow optimization, and performance management.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy with strong familiarity with productivity and project management tools.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
