We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef who specializes in breakfast, brunch, and continental cuisine. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of early-day dining and a flair for creating memorable dishes that blend classic flavours with modern culinary trends. The successful candidate will lead the development of recipes and menus, maintain kitchen excellence, and inspire a high-performing culinary team.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute high-quality breakfast, brunch and lunch menus with a strong emphasis on continental cuisine.
Innovate and test new recipes to keep offerings fresh, seasonal, and aligned with customer preferences.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all menu items.
Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen inventory, including sourcing ingredients and controlling food costs.
Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to coordinate smooth service operations.
Monitor customer feedback and adapt menus and preparation methods accordingly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment according to local health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Chef with a focus on breakfast, brunch, and continental cuisine.
Strong culinary background with formal training.
Demonstrated expertise in menu creation, recipe development, and food cost management.
Creative mind set with a passion for seasonal ingredients and culinary innovation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in boutique cafés, hotels, or high-end brunch establishments.
Experience with vegetarian, vegan, or health-conscious menu development.
Understanding of dietary restrictions and allergen management.
