Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kumasi for a Sales Attendant. The Sales Attendant will assist customers with inquiries, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage product displays, handle point-of-sale transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales area. The role also involves keeping inventory records up to date and supporting promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sales transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
Inventory management skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
Prior experience in a sales or retail role is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
