Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to supervise day-to-day service operations across both the restaurant and shop floors, ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen and consistently high customer service standards. The Restaurant Supervisor plays a critical role in staff oversight, customer satisfaction, and the delivery of an efficient, clean, and organized service. environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
At least 2 years’ experience in a food service or hospitality supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak hours.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Clear communication skills — must be able to give clear instructions to staff.
High attention to detail — notices delays, unclean areas, poor service.
Ability to stay calm and act professionally when handling complaints.
Team-oriented, but able to take initiative and make decisions independently.
Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
Familiarity with basic POS systems is a plus.
Coordinate front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
Assist in staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during service hours.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain a high level of service.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness before service.
Enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or in a relevant field.
Experience – Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle customer interactions

Salary Range: Ghc 3500-5000
