Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the company's real estate projects and construction-related product sales promotion, to complete individual and team sales targets;

2. Explore potential customer resources, through the phone, interviews, online channels and other ways to develop new customers, maintain old customer relationships;

3. Introduce project advantages and product features to customers, answer customers' questions, and provide professional consulting services on home purchase and business;

4. Assist customers to complete the signing, payback and other sales processes, follow up after-sales service, enhance customer satisfaction;

5. Provide timely feedback on market dynamics, customer needs and competitors' information, and provide suggestions for the company's sales strategy.

Requirements

1. Marketing and other related majors or real estate, construction industry sales experience is preferred;

2. 1 year or more sales experience, real estate sales, building materials sales, engineering business sales experience is preferred;

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to keenly capture customer needs, with excellent customer service consciousness;

4. Strong sense of purpose, outstanding stress resistance, the courage to challenge high performance, with good teamwork spirit;

5. Familiar with the local real estate market or construction industry, with certain customer resources is a plus.
