Responsibilities:
Operations:
Maintaining landscaping, gardens, and grounds.
Supervising grounds staff.
Coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs.
Managing waste disposal and recycling.
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Maintenance:
Performing routine inspections.
Scheduling repairs and maintenance including routine maintenance
Managing pest control.
Conducting seasonal preparations.
Horticulture:
Designing and implementing landscaping projects.
Selecting and purchasing plants and materials.
Ensuring plant health and disease management.
Event Support:
Coordinating event setup and teardown.
Providing event logistics support.
Ensuring grounds are event-ready.
Safety and Security:
Ensuring grounds safety and security.
Responding to emergencies.
Conducting risk assessments.
Sustainability:
Implementing environmentally friendly practices.
Reducing energy consumption and waste.
Promoting sustainable grounds management
Requirements:
A MALE will be preferable
Resident in Kumasi preferably Ahodwo and environs
Qualifications: HND or degree in facilities Management or similar discipline
Location: Kumasi
Salary Range: Ghc 1500.00 - Ghc 2000.00
