Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Lead located in Accra. The Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Lead will train new sales team members, provide excellent customer service, and ensure sales targets are met. Daily tasks will include supervising sales operations, conducting performance reviews, and providing reports to management.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferable
Experience in the education sector is a plus
