Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Call Center Operator in our Sales department. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, and ensuring excellent communication with clients to make a sale and upsell an order you receive. The role involves maintaining phone etiquette, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of selling skills during each and every conversation. Additionally, the operator will coordinate with the team lead for feedback about orders and the quality of services.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

• Strong background in Sales, preferably in emotional buys (products to work with are supplements for health)

• Experience working in Contact Centers

• Ability to work independently and remotely, with all necessary gadgets as a working laptop, phone, and strong internet connection. Please don't apply if you don't have these tools.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with sales processes

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
