Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude

• Accurately scan, price, and process customer purchases using POS systems

• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, and other payment methods

• Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, or credits as needed

• Count cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area

• Assist in resolving customer complaints in a professional manner

• Collaborate with team members and support floor operations when needed

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree (Accounting), Bsc (Admin) or related field

• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus

• Basic math and computer skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced retail setting

• Interaction with a diverse range of customers and team members

• Might work on weekends and holidays depending on shift
