Role Description
This is a contract role for a Team Coordinator, based on-site in Accra. The Team Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating team activities, managing schedules, and facilitating communication among team members. Duties will include maintaining records, preparing reports, assisting with project management tasks, and supporting daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience in team coordination or administrative roles
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
