Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to strategic planning, within the manufacturing sector. This role requires a proactive professional to manage and develop HR policies, ensuring smooth industrial relations.

The Deal Candidate Should Have

  • A degree in Human Resource Management. 

  • At least 5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing sector.

  • Relevant knowledge of Ghanaian labor law. 

  • Proactive nature with very good communication skills.

Location 

  • Tsopoli 


Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience from a manufacturing organization is required. 


Salary Range

  • The gross monthly salary is 10,000 - 15,000 Cedis
