We are a fast-growing SaaS company providing CRM solutions tailored specifically for performing arts schools, with a strong initial presence in music schools. As we expand our services to a broader range of performing arts disciplines, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced VP of Marketing to drive our growth strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of an innovative company at a critical stage of its growth.
The Head of Marketing will lead and execute the company's marketing strategy, overseeing all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, brand awareness, product marketing, content, digital marketing (SEO, social media, advertising), and events. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in driving measurable growth and lead generation within the B2B SaaS space. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with the company's growth objectives and product offerings.
Responsibilities
Develop Marketing Strategy: Lead marketing initiatives to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand expansion in alignment with business goals.
Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team; foster collaboration and accountability.
Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external marketing agencies (e.g., Creative, Ads, SEO).
Mentorship: Grow and develop marketing talent to ensure the team achieves ambitious objectives.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive lead generation through digital ads, email campaigns, content marketing, and partnerships. Optimize marketing funnels to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Performance Tracking: Analyze and report lead generation performance to ensure high-quality lead acquisition and conversion.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Create content to highlight product benefits for key customer segments.
Brand & Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s digital strategy (SEO/SEM, social media, paid ads, website optimization) to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
Event & Community Engagement: Plan and execute participation in industry events and webinars. Build community engagement through partnerships with performing arts organizations and influencers.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and lead nurturing.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive significant business growth.
Expertise in product marketing, with the ability to effectively communicate product value and develop go-to-market strategies.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
Experience managing marketing efforts in high-growth environments, preferably in startups or scale-ups.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimizing marketing performance.
