We’re expanding our marketing operations and are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Product Marketing to help bring innovative products and visions to life while building an exceptional, high-impact team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and validate compelling product positioning, messaging, and key assets such as website content, sales decks, and roadmap presentations.
Lead end-to-end product and feature launches, including messaging validation, planning, asset creation, and adoption initiatives.
Enable Marketing and Sales teams with messaging frameworks, competitive battlecards, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) insights, Voice of Customer (VOC) data, and foundational content aligned to buyer needs and product value.
Build and nurture relationships with customer advocates through Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), gather and structure VOC, and serve as an external evangelist for the product line.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical features into clear business value propositions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers who partner with Product Managers to align product strategy with business goals.
Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape shifts that inform strategic product direction.
Requirements:
Based in Europe within GMT 0 to GMT +3 time zones for effective collaboration with regional teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong understanding of Kubernetes, public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML technologies, and cloud-native architectures.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in product marketing or product management within cloud computing, SaaS, or infrastructure technology sectors, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven experience managing pricing strategies.
Solid technical foundation in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and DevOps environments.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building, coaching, and managing high-performing, collaborative teams.
Successful background in marketing DevOps tools or infrastructure platforms.
Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, strategic messaging.
Experience executing go-to-market strategies in high-growth environments.
