Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize various channels to identify and reach out to individuals who align with Govuni's mission and values.

* Conduct Engaging Phone Interviews: Conduct compelling phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for Govuni's entrepreneurial ecosystem, emphasizing the benefits of our unique model.

* Present the Govuni Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the financial freedom potential, comprehensive benefits, and supportive environment that Govuni offers to aspiring entrepreneurs.

* Foster Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, addressing their questions and concerns, and guiding them through the onboarding process.

* Achieve Recruitment Goals: Meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets, contributing to the growth of Govuni's community of entrepreneurs.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive Base Salary: Receive a base salary to support your living expenses.
