We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven & results-orientated commission based Sales Intern to join our Team. The role will be focused on delivering 100% net new revenue within the home and furniture space and it can all be done remotely from any part of the world. This includes outbound prospecting, qualifying and nurturing inbound inquiries, and scheduling meetings online or face-to-face for the CEO. Successful candidates need to be highly-motivated enthusiasts who enjoy achieving results above and beyond expectations and who love being part of a team. As a Sales Intern, you will be trained and guided by our VP Operations - Global. You will be on probation for 3 months, during which, you will be paid on commission-only basis (50% on profit). After the 3-month probation period, you may be endorsed for a full-time position with a base salary to be negotiated depending on performance.
Your responsibilities:
Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and account management.
Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast sales pipeline and proactively manage opportunities.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize HubSpot CRM to manage sales activities, track leads, and analyze sales performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the architecture, design, or construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
Understanding of 3D rendering technology and its applications
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Self-motivated and results-oriented
